Shipping Information

• Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back for updates.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days for items in stock. You will receive shipping details via email once your order has shipped.
• Item Availability: If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping:
  • Available on orders under 40 lbs and over $150 (before taxes) across Ontario.
  • Orders from provinces or territories outside of Ontario do not qualify for free shipping.
• Additional Fees:
  • Some items, due to their size or weight, may incur additional shipping fees. Items not eligible for free shipping will have this noted on their product pages and at checkout.

Item Availability

• Certain products may be pickup only or available for local delivery only.
• If shipping is not an option for a specific item, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

Returns & Restocking Fee
